FAQ
Has the Village implemented Covid19 sanitary measures?
Yes, our vacation village has equipped itself with hydroalcoholic gels with all the displays related to Covid19 and sanitary rules for all the infrastructures of the Campsite ( Reception, Bar-Restaurant, Swimming pools, Playgrounds, Children’s room, Petanque ground etc…). An e-mail is systematically sent to all our customers to inform and reassure them about the Covid19 measures put in place for maximum sanitary safety on the rented accommodations, the terms of reception and the measures taken by the technical teams to ensure maximum sanitary protection for the customers.
Concerning vehicles, we have 2 cars, can we park them on the plot?
Only one vehicle is allowed per plot, except for the lodges where you can park two.
Friends wish to visit us during our stay how does it work?
Visitors are welcome on the campsite. They must leave their vehicle in the visitor parking lot, announce themselves at the reception and get a special visitor bracelet. A supplement will be requested (see internal regulations). On the other hand, for reasons of safety and current legislation, access to the water areas is forbidden to them.
I am entitled to the CAF Family Vacation Assistance, is your campsite approved?
No, the campsite is not VACAF approved.
I own a dog, can I take it on vacation?
1 dog is accepted per accommodation, if it is less than 10 kg and not 1st or 2nd category. It must have its vaccination record up to date, be tattooed or chipped and wear a flea collar.
My son is a minor and wants to go away for a few days with his friends, is this possible?
Only if he is accompanied by an adult.
We will be arriving outside of reception opening hours, how do we get the keys and access to the campsite?
If the campsite is notified, this is possible. Recommendations will be communicated by phone or email in order to access the accommodation.
We have rented a cottage or lodge for 6 people and we have 2 teenagers who wish to sleep in a tent near our cottage/lodge, is this possible?
No, this is not allowed due to the campsite’s classification.
We are 6 adults + 1 baby of 6 months, can we rent a cottage or a lodge that sleeps 6?
The number of occupants per accommodation cannot exceed the number allowed on the booking contract (even if it is a baby).
Are there any conditions for access to the aquatic areas?
All persons staying, with a compulsory overnight stay in the campsite, can access the swimming areas free of charge (see date and opening hours in the campsite’s internal regulations).
Minor children must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming shorts are forbidden as well as inflatable games and balls.
If I want to enter the campsite by car late in the evening, is this possible?
The campsite gates close at 11pm or midnight depending on the season. After this time, the vehicle will have to park on the visitor parking lot at the entrance of the campsite.
I own a cat. Can I take it with me?
No, only dogs (1 max and max 10 kg) are allowed in the accommodation.
Off season, are there animations?
At Camping Le Village Vacances Le Lagon de la Prée ****, there are animations for children, teenagers and adults, during all summer school holidays.
In June and September, aquagym sessions, petanque and belote competitions but also other small leisure activities, can be organized punctually.

We are easily accessible from the four-lane highway that connects La Rochelle to Rochefort, which in turn are connected by highway to major French cities. To your GPS!

An arrival on Rochefort (7 minutes by car from our campsite), another on La Rochelle with the TGV (20 minutes away) or one by TER 1 minute by car from Camping Le Village Vacances Le Lagon de la Prée ****.

La Rochelle-Île de Ré airport is the ideal entry point for the region with direct flights from Brussels-Charleroi, Lyon, Geneva, Ajaccio, Dublin, Birmingham, London, Southampton and Porto.
The airports of Bordeaux and Nantes (at 02h00) are also possibilities. They are connected to the whole world.

So stop by for 1 or 2 weeks of vacation, a 3 week cure or a weekend (except July and August) at the Prée Lagoon **** and take advantage of our idyllic geographical location, to go every day for a walk in the surroundings.
